Rachel joined us after years of experience in retail and various aspects of the pet care industry. She brings a wealth of experience with her to help our customers with their requirements. Rachel has 4 dogs, Lilly, Murphy, Finnley and Skye and her household also includes 2 hamsters, Margaret and Neville. Andrew joined us after 4 week work experience whilst studying at Reaseheath College. He has since worked part time and has a National Diploma in Animal Management. Amongst his hobbies he includes bird and wildlife spotting although how he finds time after looking after his dog Samson, turtle Jeff, parrot Angel, Rabbit Snowy, guinea pig Cookie we'll never know oh and he has tropical fish and two african land snails phew... |

Katy is a part-time team member joining us after completing a level 2 diploma in animal care at Reaseheath College. When not at Noah's Ark Katy is busy at home looking after two dogs, Tia and Bully, her cat Sooty and Parrot Molly. Katy is going on to study further at Reaseheath. Katy looks after our dog walking and home feeding services. |

Ian works part time at Noah's Ark Pet Shop and has done so for a number of years learning the trade on the job. Ian graduated from Staffordshire University in 2012 with a degree in Photography. Ian is responsible for our Pet Portraits operation. We hold pet portrait days approx once a month during the whole year, these make fantastic birthday and Christmas gift ideas. |

Katie is responsible for the Dog Grooming operation, Canine Cutting Crew which operates within Noah's Ark Pet Shop. Katie trained at Reaseheath College to become a fully trained Dog Groomer. Moving into Noah's Ark has fullfilled a long held ambition to follow in the footsteps of Janet who ran a successful grooming operation at the store for over 10 years. |

Janet Herbert is co- owner of Noah's Ark Pet Shop and has over 30 years experience of the pet trade. She was a respected dog groomer for over 10 years before taking over the business from her parents. She has distinctions in Pet Shop Management and Pet Care qualifications. Astrophe (once the runt of a litter) is now generally 'in charge' of the day to day running of Noah's Ark Pet Shop. He loves greeting our customers and often suprising them with sudden appearances!!
